Chelsea Anderson, Realtor with Your Red Door Real Estate Team at Keller Williams East Valley just closed another listing in Phoenix. This home went on the market Thursday and after our pre-marketing efforts the week prior and our open house market premiere event, we wound up with 3 offers and ended up accepting an “as-is” offer for over list price!
The sellers inherited this home and spent a couple of weeks getting the house ready for market and it paid off in the reaction we got the first weekend! Chelsea made suggestions on staging and prepping the home for sale and they were carried out magnificently. We requested an offer from both Opendoor and Offer Pad prior to prepping the house for sale. The offers came back at $221,000 with a net of $197,000 to the sellers after fees not including requested repairs. We just sold the house yesterday for a net of $235,000. The sellers think the coat of paint and the time spent cleaning the inside and pursuing a traditional sale was well worth the $37,000 extra they made on the sale.
